“la Preferita” was established in 1955 as a company specialising in the art of roasting and processing dry fruits such as hazelnuts, pistachios and almonds, the very products that make Italy’s confectionery tradition unique. Over the years, we have been at the side of generations of gelato-makers, and with their help we have expanded our product range, always staying true to our principles – quality, artisanship and natural products –, never once compromising or looking for easy shortcuts.
