As we did back in 1957, we select these hazelnuts from small-scale – and for this reason often neglected – cultivations that yield a limited and yet excellent produce; and as we did in the old days, we drum roast the hazelnuts letting  them cool naturally on steel racks.

Traditional stone grinding comes next, followed by a swift processing.

One single step, no filters, no new technologies, but all our passion.
