The Langhe area in Piedmont is internationally acknowledged as the region producing the world’s best hazelnuts, fruits with such distinctive characteristics they are worthy of the PGI status (Protected Geographical Indication). A truly unique and excellent produce that through our meticulous small-batch selection and our experienced and almost artisanal processing can reach its full potential.
In Parma we only choose Italian hazelnuts, preferably from the Langhe hills. Since 1955. Our loving work turns this ingredient into a unique and world-famous product.
